3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Your product information is made accessible to AI platforms and tools (including via our MCP server) for them to read and reference. Payment processing is handled by Midtrans (for Indonesian customers) and Paddle (for customers outside Indonesia). We do not store your payment card details.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you wish to request account deletion, please contact us and we will process your request. Analytics data may be retained in anonymized form.

2. Service Description

SpiderPrompt is a platform that helps businesses make their products discoverable by AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and DeepSeek. Once users submit their product information, our system automatically processes and enriches the content so AI platforms can easily read and reference it. We also provide an MCP server for direct integration with developer tools like Claude, Cursor, and VS Code.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful product information
• Only submit products you have the right to promote
• Not submit illegal, infringing, or harmful content
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to manipulate AI platform systems

4. Subscription & Billing

SpiderPrompt operates on a subscription basis with no free tier. Payments are processed securely by Midtrans (for Indonesian customers) and Paddle (for customers outside Indonesia). Subscriptions are billed per billing period. You may resubscribe at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period.

5. Public Data

Your content is accessible to AI platforms and tools (including via our MCP server) so they can read and reference it. AI platforms may include your content in their responses. This is the core functionality of the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

SpiderPrompt is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that your products will be cited by any AI platform, nor the accuracy of AI-generated responses that mention your products. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may contact us to request account termination.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
