• Not attempt to manipulate AI platform systems

4. Subscription & Billing

SpiderPrompt operates on a subscription basis with no free tier. Payments are processed securely by Midtrans. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period.

5. Public Data

Your product pages are publicly accessible. The content you submit will be read by AI platforms and may appear in their responses. This is the core functionality of the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

SpiderPrompt is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that your products will be cited by any AI platform, nor the accuracy of AI-generated responses that mention your products. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
