What is Prompt Tracking?
Prompt Tracking automatically sends your custom questions (prompts) to multiple AI providers — ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, DeepSeek, and Perplexity — and checks whether your brand or product is mentioned in their responses.
This gives you a real-time Share of Voice (SOV) score: how often your brand appears in AI responses compared to competitors.
How It Works
- Create a prompt — Write a question your target audience would ask AI (e.g., "What are the best CRM tools for small businesses?").
- Link a product (optional) — Optionally link the prompt to a specific product or item in your project.
- Set the schedule — Choose how often the prompt runs (default: every 6 hours).
- AI runs automatically — The system queries all active AI providers and records their responses.
- Check results — View if your brand was mentioned, what was said, and compare across providers.

💡 Tip
Create prompts that your actual customers would ask. The more realistic the question, the more useful the data. You can also add competitor names to your prompts to see if your brand gets mentioned alongside competitors.
